This class will take you through the fundamental tax and legal issues regarding:

• Licenses (mineral & petroleum)
• Corporate legislation
• Employers legislation (work permissions etc …)
• Corporate tax
•   Personal tax

The class will include the new Minerals Act, and changed in the Income Tax Act, where  especially off shore license holders and contractors meet new requirements.
